Sentire Kenya Limited ("Sentire Kenya", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. - Payment and billing details when you purchase our services (processed securely by third-party payment providers).

- Pages visited, time spent on each page, and referring URL.

2. How We Use Your Information

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by Kenyan law. For active client accounts, we retain data for the duration of the service agreement and for seven (7) years thereafter for audit and legal compliance purposes. Website enquiry data is retained for three (3) years unless a service relationship is established.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. We use:
- Essential cookies, required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies, help us understand how visitors use the site. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Some of our cloud infrastructure and software vendors are based outside Kenya. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses and vendor data processing agreements, consistent with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
