Wi-Fi Design & Deployment

A properly designed wireless network, not just access points plugged into walls. Full-site survey, Omada EAP deployment, and managed ongoing performance.

Key highlights

  • Site survey before any hardware is ordered
  • TP-Link Omada EAP access points, enterprise-grade at SME cost
  • Roaming support for offices, warehouses, and multi-floor buildings
  • Omada SDN controller for centralised management and visibility

Wi-Fi that actually covers your building

Most office Wi-Fi problems aren't hardware problems, they're design problems. Access points placed without a site survey, wrong models for the environment, no VLAN separation, no roaming configuration. The result is dead zones, dropped calls, and staff who tether to mobile data because the office Wi-Fi is unreliable. Sentire designs wireless networks before deploying them, so the result works from day one.

Site survey: the step most installers skip

Every Wi-Fi deployment starts with a physical walkthrough of your premises. We measure signal propagation, identify interference sources, note structural obstacles, and map coverage requirements per zone. The access point count and placement come from that survey, not from a generic rule of thumb.

TP-Link Omada EAP access points

We deploy TP-Link Omada EAP series access points across commercial, office, hospitality, and warehouse environments. The Omada range covers indoor ceiling-mount access points for offices, wall-plate access points for hotel rooms and meeting spaces, outdoor units for car parks and courtyards, and high-density models for conference halls and training rooms.

Omada EAPs support Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), delivering faster throughput and better performance in environments with many connected devices, the reality of any modern office where staff connect laptops, phones, tablets, and smart displays simultaneously.

Centralised management via Omada SDN

All deployed access points are managed through the Omada SDN Controller, giving you a single dashboard for configuration, monitoring, firmware updates, and troubleshooting. Changes that would previously require on-site visits are made from anywhere. An SSID configuration change, a bandwidth policy update, or a guest password reset takes seconds.

What a well-designed Wi-Fi deployment covers

Full-site wireless survey
AP placement design
Seamless roaming configuration
SSID and VLAN segmentation
Bandwidth policies per SSID
Post-deployment signal verification

Managed ongoing performance

A Wi-Fi deployment isn't a one-time event. Firmware updates, new device types, changes to the physical environment, and expanding headcount all affect wireless performance over time. As part of Sentire's managed networking service, we monitor access point health, push firmware updates, and adjust configuration as your environment changes, so performance doesn't degrade quietly after the initial setup.

Already have access points that aren't performing?

We regularly inherit Wi-Fi networks that were installed without a survey. A Wi-Fi audit identifies coverage gaps, interference issues, and configuration problems. In many cases, performance can be improved significantly without replacing any hardware. Contact Sentire to book a wireless audit.
