Screen pop on inbound calls
When an inbound call arrives from a number matching a CRM contact, 3CX automatically opens that contact's record in the CRM, on screen, before the call is answered. Your team picks up with full context: who's calling, their history, their account status.
Automatic call logging
Every call, inbound and outbound, is logged to the matching CRM contact record automatically, including duration, direction, outcome, and (where configured) a transcript or recording link. No manual entry required.
Click-to-dial
From any CRM contact record, your team can click a phone number to dial it through 3CX, no manual dialling, no misdials. Supported in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365 natively; available via 3CX Chrome extension on other CRM platforms.
Contact directory sync
CRM contacts are synced into 3CX's directory, so they appear in search when dialling from the 3CX app and are matched on inbound calls for screen pop. Contact updates in the CRM propagate to 3CX automatically.
