Moving your documents to SharePoint Online is one of the highest-impact things you can do for collaboration, and one of the easiest things to get wrong. Permission errors, broken links, missing metadata, and confused staff are the most common outcomes of a migration that's treated as a file copy rather than a managed project. Sentire treats it as the latter.
What we migrate from
Windows file servers (SMB shares), legacy SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, Google Drive, on-premise document management systems, and shared network drives. If your documents are somewhere they shouldn't be, we'll move them to SharePoint Online properly.

Site architecture design
We design your SharePoint site structure, hub sites, team sites, document libraries, and folder hierarchy, aligned to your business structure and how your teams actually work.
Permissions migration
User and group permissions are replicated to Microsoft 365 groups and SharePoint permission levels. Staff see exactly what they're supposed to see, and nothing more.
Delta migration and cutover
We run the main migration, then a delta pass to catch any changes made during the migration window. Cutover happens outside business hours so staff arrive to SharePoint already populated.
SharePoint configuration
Migration is only the first half. A properly configured SharePoint environment includes document libraries with the right metadata columns, content types for different document classes, search configuration so staff can find what they need, version history settings, and co-authoring enabled for Microsoft 365 users.
We also configure SharePoint integration with Microsoft Teams, surfacing document libraries inside Teams channels so staff access files without switching apps.
